Our Vision
We Are Dedicated To Shaping Young Women Athletes Into Confident, Healthy, And Successful Leaders.
With more than 50 years of learning under Title IX, we are reminded of the continued need for diverse and equitable opportunity for all people. It is proven that youth athletics cements the foundation of character, leadership, and perseverance, values that mold young people into leaders for tomorrow.

Dr. Allison Barber recently joined @Linnea Jungnelius on the Brilliant People Podcast to discuss why Marvella exists—and why it's more crucial than ever.
The reality: 94% of female C-suite executives played sports, yet of the $40B families invest in youth sports annually, virtually none funds infrastructure specifically designed for girls.
Our response: Marvella—the first sports and leadership campus built entirely for girls. Because when we invest in girls' potential, we're investing in tomorrow's leaders.
This conversation perfectly captures why our mission matters.
